Abbi Hanson Allen

Abbi Hanson Allen (she/her) is the Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life. As the Director, she provides leadership and strategic vision for the Virginia Tech FSL community and serves on the Student Affairs Leadership Team. Abbi supports the professional staff team, all four governing councils, serves as a Chapter Coach, and advises Order of Omega. 

Previously, Abbi worked at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and the University of North Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology-Anthropology from the University of Evansville, and her Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University. She is a proud member of Chi Omega. Abbi currently serves as the Region 2 Director for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors.
