Abbi Hanson Allen

Abbi Hanson Allen (she/her) is the Acting Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life, in this capacity she provides leadership and supervision for the office and for the entire FSL community.  Abbi will continue to support all four governing councils and have a modified Chapter Coach portfolio. She is also responsible for leadership education through the Fraternal Leaders Institute (FLI) series, Risk Management Institute, and other programs as needed.

Previously, Abbi worked in Residence Life at the University of Nebraska-Kearney (UNK). While at UNK, she was awarded the Outstanding New Professional award from The Upper Midwest Region – Association of College and University Housing Officers (UMR-ACUHO).  She received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology-Anthropology from the University of Evansville, and her Masters of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University. She is a proud member of Chi Omega.
