Virginia Tech fraternity breaks national fundraising record in support of St. Jude

Virginia Tech’s Xi Omega chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon raised a record-breaking $267,933 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, earning national honors for their philanthropy and service.

Your mental health matters. Check in on your brothers, sisters, and siblings — and remember to care for yourself too. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

National Hazing Prevention Week

  • Commitment to a Hazing Free Experience (Open Session for Potential New Members) - Monday, September 22, 6-7 pm, Holden Auditorium
  • Movie Screening of "Hazing"- Tuesday, September 23, 6-8 pm, Burruss Hall Auditorium
  • Hazing Prevention Museum - Wednesday, September 24, 9 am - 5 pm, Squires 204 and Atrium
  • Social Media Campaign - Members of the community and chapters are encouraged to utilize the templates linked below throughout the week, and to tag @StudentsAtVT, @VTGreeks and your council in your captions and/or stories. Our team will be resharing these posts and creating a Highlight on the @StudentsAtVT Instagram.
