Virginia Zeta Chapter

SAE group portrait

The Virginia Zeta chapter of SAE at Virginia Tech is one of the newest fraternities on campus allowing huge potential for leadership opportunities and growth.

Welcome to the Virginia Zeta chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Virginia Tech. Starting out as the local fraternity, Delta Pi Zeta, our chapter gained its SAE Charter in 1975. We focus on living up to the expectations of the True Gentleman, while enjoying all college has to offer with our brothers. From club sports, community service groups, and Athletic Trainers, our men are involved in numerous activities on and off campus and strive to show our community what being an SAE means.

In coordination with the New River Valley Sleep in Heavenly Peace organization we help raise roughly $10,000 as well as built beds for dozens of children in the area surrounding.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon is the largest fraternity in the nation with over 246 chapters, over 11,900 active undergraduates, and 304,000 brothers initiated. Becoming a brother of SAE is a way to take your college experience to the next level and challenge your leadership, social, and academic skills. We encourage you to see for yourself what being an SAE is all about.
