Eta Omicron Chapter

APhi group portrait

The Alpha Phi Eta Omicron chapter at Virginia Tech is home to a sisterhood made up of women who are as unique as they are diverse.

Established on campus in 1989 and part of a legacy that has thrived for over 150 years, our chapter is rooted in core values like intellectual growth, leadership, loyalty, service, and character development. Every day, we strive to better ourselves—not only as members of Alpha Phi but as students and sisters, upholding the ideals of our fraternity and the high standards set by Virginia Tech.

Life in Eta Omicron is filled with purpose and passion. Our members are deeply committed to making a positive impact, whether it's raising funds for Women's Heart Health through our philanthropy, organizing meaningful sisterhood events, or coming together to share quality time. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen our bonds and deepen our connection.

Our chapter is driven by a shared dedication to empowering one another, pushing each other to strive for leadership roles and to develop genuine, strong characters. We support and inspire each other to step outside our comfort zones, take on new challenges, and get involved in a variety of campus activities. Whether within Alpha Phi or through other campus organizations, our members are constantly seeking ways to grow, lead, and make a lasting difference in our community.

Amidst the adversity, challenges, and growth that college students experience, sisters of Alpha Phi find strength in knowing that we are united and supported by empowering women who stand by us every step of the way. Each member plays a vital role in what makes our chapter so special, and together, we are always striving to grow, make a lasting impact, and move forward with a shared mission and vision for the future. Union hand in hand.
