Jason Markette (he/him) will be studying in the VT Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs program. His graduate assistantship duties will include serving as advisor to IFC as well as Chapter Coaching and assistance with community initiatives.

Jason received his Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies and American Sign Language (ASL) from California State University, Sacramento in May of 2021. During his time in undergrad, he played for the Men’s Volleyball team, joined Pi Kappa Phi, and worked in the Civil Engineering Department Office as a Student Assistant. For the past year, Jason served as an Expansion Consultant, Growth Manager, and Chapter Success Manager for Pi Kappa Phi. Most recently this summer, he interned in the Office of Sorority & Fraternity Life at the University of Florida.
