Tyler Droste serves as the Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life. He primarily provides coordination and facilitation of the Fraternal Leaders Institute (FLI) series. This includes recruitment of participants, institute preparation, assessment, facilitation and convening of the institute advisory board. Droste also assists with other programs, retreats, workshops and seminars offered by the office.
Droste is originally from New Jersey and is a graduate student in the Higher Education master’s program. Before coming to Virginia Tech he attended Quinnipiac University where he graduated with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Psychology. During his gap year he drove cross country to work for his national Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant.
