Hailey Mangrum serves as the assistant director of Fraternity and Sorority Life. In this role, she is responsible for community development initiatives and serves as the advisor for the National Pan-Hellenic Council.
Prior to working at Virginia Tech, she served as the assistant director for Fraternity and Sorority Life in the Office of Student Engagement at Western Michigan University. Previously, she served as a graduate assistant for Student Center Programs and the Office of Student Life at Ball State University.
Mangrum attended Ball State University to pursue a master’s degree in student affairs administration in higher education and received a bachelor’s degree in communication from Western Michigan University. She provides volunteer support to a number of national organizations and holds professional memberships in the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
