Tavianna Williams serves as the associate director of Fraternity and Sorority Life. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with the development and infusion of a multi-cultural curriculum within the fraternity and sorority community, enriching numerous community development mechanisms, facilitating the awards process, working closely with assessment opportunities, and holding various committee assignments. Williams serves as the advisor for the National Pan-Hellenic Council.
Prior to her work at Virginia Tech, Williams served as the graduate assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Clemson University.
Williams holds a master’s degree in counselor education with an emphasis in student affairs from Clemson University and a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Elon University. Williams’ professional memberships include the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
